Taradale Building Services was established in 2002 as a consultancy company offering site surveying, claim validation and cost consultancy services for the insurance and loss adjusting markets. As our reputation grew and demand from our clients expanded, so too did our range of services and expertise. We have evolved into a caring, professional construction company on the back of our success. Our evolution enables us to offer an array of skilled services to the private insurance sector, commercial clients and to the general public alike at various levels.

Our skill sets include comprehensive surveying and tendering packages with our own in house experienced building surveyors. A trained team of Dewpoint accredited drying technicians offering a complete drying service from assessment and moisture mapping through to deployment of drying apparatus and certification.

We have a team of dedicated tradesmen skilled and accredited in all aspects of building, renovation and restoration works from small domestic projects to larger commercial ventures. From our humble roots in the Lake District we have now flourished into a well established and respected building company offering our comprehensive services through Cumbria, Lancashire and the Fylde coast operating in CA,LA, FY, PR, BB and the BL postcode regions.
