Managing Director

Martyn is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters and brings over thirty years of claims handling and management experience to the business. Martyn previously worked with McLaren Toplis Chartered Loss Adjusters as an Associate Director before taking on the responsibilities of Taradale Building Services. Martyn mainly deals with Taradale's business and financial matters on a daily basis.



Carol Byron- Chance  BSc Hons MBPsS

Finance Director

Carol is the original owner of our Company and our Financial Director. She has a wealth of experience as an accountant with many commercial organisations, including "blue chip" PLC's, as well as SME's.

She is also a Bachelor of Psychology.



Ben Howarth

Operations Director

Having worked for Taradale Building Services in a management capacity for over twelve years Ben is responsible for the daily coordination and operational management of the business. Formerly the director of a construction trades supply company Ben came to Taradale Building Services with a keen eye on developing the organisation and retains responsibility for company training, supplier and client relationships, personnel management, health and safety matters and overall business development. In addition Ben is also a certified Dewpoint drying technician and provides technical assistance in this area of the business.

Tina McNevin-Slater

Administration Support

Holding NVQ qualifications in customer services Tina retains responsibility for the daily office administration of the company and likely to be the first person that our clients speak to when making enquiries. Tina was previously employed in a customer services role for a large organisation and brings with her a positive outlook and genuine willingness to exceed our customers expectations.
